Delivery

Orders received before midday (Monday to Friday will be packed and shipped on the same day. DHL as our shipping partner has a 98% performance of delivering to UK addresses within 48 hours of shipping. However, deliveries to addresses will normally be made within seven days depending upon final destination. The cost of delivery is quoted at the time you place your order.

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your Fennec London purchase then please make contact with us directly either by e-mail or using the Contact Us form on this website. In doing this we can agree with you a method of redress suitable to your particular situation.  If you choose to return the goods to us then we must receive your purchase in new condition, including original packaging and labels, within fourteen days of delivery to you. Shipping charges and the cost of return back to Fennec London will not normally be refunded.
